Women’s Month is a time we hold close to our hearts, a chance to honour the strength, individuality, and unwavering resilience of every woman.

This year, we are proud to host our annual Women's Month event again. This year's theme is - Still, She Rises. A women’s wellness event rooted in connection, self-care, and empowerment. It’s a space where women come together to reflect, recharge, and rise through movement, mindful moments, and real conversations. Joined by some of South Africa’s most influential women and our incredible Motherkind community, who’ve been with us since day one, this uplifting morning promises energising workouts, powerful discussions led by a panel of experts, and an atmosphere filled with positivity, purpose, and celebration.
