ABOUT
Sweat for Science – A Movement Challenge with Purpose
Sweat for Science is a brand-new initiative from The Noakes Foundation, launched in celebration of Professor Tim Noakes’ birthday and legacy in sport, science, and nutrition.
As part of Team Sweat for Science, you're invited to commit to 30 minutes of movement every day in July, any kind of movement, anywhere, anytime. Walk, dance, lift, stretch, swim, do it all at once or spread it out through the day. Just don’t stand still.
By signing up, you’ll receive:
- A Digital Goodie Bag with resources (movement tracker, LCHF meal plans, recipes, movement tips & more)
- A personalised certificate of participation
- A place on our official Wall of Honour (hosted on our website)
Automatic entry into a lucky draw to win either:
- A signed set of books by Prof Tim Noakes, or
- A free Nutrition Network course
All funds raised go directly to The Noakes Foundation’s research, outreach, and advocacy work, continuing the mission to question outdated science and improve metabolic health globally.
Ready to join the movement?
- Register by selecting any date in July, your challenge starts the moment you do.
- Invite your friends, challenge your team, or get your company to take part!
Let’s make every step count — for health, for science, for legacy.
