ABOUT
Now, more than ever, the legacy of Nelson Mandela calls to us. In a time of rising division across race, politics and perspective, Tata’s message of unity, forgiveness and shared humanity feels more relevant than ever.
Mandela believed in the power of light over darkness, connection over conflict and unity over self.
As yogis, we strive to walk a path that mirrors these same values.
The word yoga means to unite: to yoke body, mind and heart in service of something greater.
It is not just a practice on the mat, but a call to live consciously, to come together and to uplift others.
Join us on Saturday, 19 July, for a powerful morning of movement, meaning, and a candlelit ‘Passing the Light for Madiba’ ceremony.
90-minute open-level yoga practice

Let’s honour Madiba through yoga, service and unity.
Let’s practice what we believe: to move, to give, to come together.
