This workshop is all about making proper pain au chocolat – crisp, golden layers on the outside, soft inside, with real dark chocolate in the centre. I’ll show you exactly how to laminate, fold, and shape the dough the way we do in France. No shortcuts, no guessing – just real technique you can use again and again.
