About the author
Beloved South African food blogger and TikTok sensation Kim Bagley Kim lives in Johannesburg with her husband and three daughters. Originally from Cape Town, Kim married Suneshan Adjina who was raised in Durban. That took her on her journey of blending Cape Malay and classic Indian flavours, creating a fresh, uniquely South African taste.
Her newly published Cooking with Kim Bagley takes us along on her culinary journey as she shares some of her family’s favourite meals. Kim believes that food should be simple and comforting, but the flavours bold and memorable. The book showcases her love for cooking easy, heartwarming meals: think slow-cooked oxtail, spicy lamb biryani, seafood chowder, corn and black bean salad, butter naan, and Amarula milk tart. Indulging in comfort, spice and all things nice, Kim’s South African fusion food will warm your soul.
