By understanding the rhythm of the universe that we can align the rhythm of BODY, MIND, HEART & SPIRIT with it — the cardinal philosophy of Ayurveda.

Simple Ayurvedic remedies for common aliments & general first aid

Safe and easy to find everyday items you can use to build your own little Ayurvedic pharmacy in your home for every day health problems, burns, cuts, bruises, rashes, fevers and falls.





The goal of this ancient Indian system of medicine is not only to treat diseases but to find the root causes - hence it lives under the Yoga Philosophy umbrella. This enables us to treat the entire person, including one's Emotional and Spiritual state. It is a guide for the healthy to prevent disease, and for the ill, to help you heal.



The sessions will be held by Radha, an advanced Ayurvedic & Remedial Yoga teacher in the Sivananda Tradition for 25 years. Donations go to the brave foundation a registered tax exempt N0n-Profit, 071-659 NPO, supporting those in Recovery from Serious Physical Trauma & chronic illness, on a donation basis since 2006.



Each sessions requested donation is R540 including notes & organic tea, Chai & snacks. The series is designed to empower those attending all 3 sessions to be confident in their practice – donation for all 3 sessions is R1500
