Women's Month!
Ladies, grab some well-deserved me-time with energizing exercise classes, health screenings, and fabulous local shopping.
Join us for a morning packed with health, fitness, shopping and fun!

Premium Ticket (R200) includes:
• Access to all exercise classes (see schedule below), complimentary health screenings & shopping vendors
• Automatic entry into the 1701 Luxury Gift Hamper worth over R1000 (winner to be present to redeem)
• Drawstring backpack filled with vouchers and amazing goodies worth over R500 (available to the first 100 ladies to arrive)
Standard Ticket (R70) includes:
• Access to health screening and shopping vendors
• Excludes exercise classes
What to bring?
• Gym mat
• Water bottle
• Feminine Hygiene product to donate to women in need (optional)
• Sweat towel (optional)
What to wear?
• Comfortable exercise clothes (if participating)
• Touch of pink in honour of Women's Month
What to expect?
8.00 - 8.30: Arrival & collection of drawstring backpacks (front gate) *available to the first 100 ladies to arrive*
8.30 - 9.15: Secret Sunrise Free Dance (using headphones) by Kerri Dunshae (school hall)
9.30 - 10.15: Secret Sunrise Yoga Flow (using headphones) by Kerri Dunshae (school hall)
10.30 - 11.00: Beginners Pilates by Mariet Loock (school hall)
11.00 - 11:30 Intermediate Pilates by Mariet Loock (school hall)
11.45 - 12.45: Self-defence class & wellness coaching by Dr Cibi John Francis (school hall)
12:45 - 13.00 Raffle Draw
Daycare facility available at the Riverview Preschool from 8.00am – 1pm at R70 per child (ages 3 to 7 years only).
Price includes face painting and outdoor soft play.
Please pack a lunchbox and extra clothes.
