This Masterclass is about awakening our life force energy, about learning how to generate and channel our natural healing and creative energies for physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. It is about empowering, uplifting and inspiring ourselves and each other. We hope you join us! Come and explore how two days of training can change your life.

Saturday – Relaxing into intensity: Breathwork for anxiety, depression, trauma, continual stress, loss of control, lack of energy, anti-depression breathing, managing emotions, managing arousal, self liberation, self healing.

Sunday – Relaxing into ecstacy: Breathwork for entering high vibes brainwave states, pineal gland activation, enhancing your energy, focus, peak performance, oneness, infinity experiences

What to bring to events

(for all events & sessions)

• Yoga mat or mattress to lie on

• Blanket or duvet / pillow or cushion

• We will each make a comfortable nest for our breathing session…

• Wear comfortable loose clothing for easy breathing

• A water bottle for your use in the 'breathing space'

• Journal & pen for notetaking
