The breath is the most intimate touch of existence. This first beloved caresses us from the inside all the time and yet we hardly notice its presence. Most of us have hardly begun to explore the power of the breath as a tool to deepen our intimacy with ourselves and with existence as such.There is so much more capacity for aliveness in us, right here in our bodies – if we open up more deeply to the breath.

This breathwork experience provides a pathway to awareness, allowing you learn a new breathing technique and explore and your spiritual connection.

What to bring to events

(for all events & sessions)

• Yoga mat or mattress to lie on

• Blanket or duvet / pillow or cushion

• We will each make a comfortable nest for our breathing session…

• Wear comfortable loose clothing for easy breathing

• A water bottle for your use in the 'breathing space'

• Journal & pen for notetaking
