ABOUT

Join Leandra Bester for a live, one-hour group meditation designed to deeply relax your body and mind. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Yoga teacher, Leandra blends the best of both worlds to guide you through a soothing, non-interactive session. You’ll stay fully present, gently closing your eyes as her calming voice invites you to surrender.

The pressure of habits of everyday work and life can make it hard to pause for a few days, or even for a few seconds. The idea of stopping can be simultaneously attractive or scary. In general we don't pay much attention or give much importance to the spaces in between all the tasks. A pause might be so slight that it is easy to forget, ignore or skip over. In one's enthusiasm to look ahead, the spaces to notice, or appreciate, or reflect, are often led by the wayside.

In a pause you can question existing ways of acting, have new ideas or simply appreciate the life. I think we should. In life, as in art, you need to step back to see that. The “negative space", which lies around or between objects or events, gives shapes to the whole.

This is your space to pause, to step out of the momentum of everyday life and notice the subtle “in between.” In that space, something new becomes possible: a shift, a release, a quiet appreciation of simply being.

Leandra will guide you through a gentle body scan, helping you release stress and soften mental and physical blockages. You’ll drop into a state of deep relaxation, where you remain calm, clear, and in control. Combining hypnosis with restorative techniques, this session is a generous invitation, not a demand, to reset, realign, and remember the shape of the whole.

To prepare for the session:

  1. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down, a bed, couch, or yoga mat works best for deep relaxation.
  2. Ensure a stable internet connection and keep your camera on, it's essential that I can see you to guide you properly.

Optional, but recommended for a deeper experience:

  1. Use headphones for more immersive sound.
  2. Wear an eye mask to block out visual distractions.
  3. Set the mood with dim lighting and soothing scents like essential oils or incense.

  4. Please don’t participate if you have psychosis, schizophrenia or epilepsy.
