Best Next Step

Lisa Garson, Executive Director of Action Appointments (https://www.actionappointments.co.za), an NGO recruitment agency founded in 1994, is hosting a 4-hour online workshop for anyone keen to take a bold next step in their career journey.

Lisa also heads up Next Step Coaching and Training (https://www.nextstepcoaching.co.za) and has coached and run many workshops for people from all walks of life, supporting them to identify what it is they really want to do and how to access the skills, strengths and hidden talents they need to take their next best step. She also offers one-on-one career step coaching, working closely with individuals needing to make a change.

In this workshop Lisa will take participants through an interactive exploratory process looking at where they are now, where they want to be and what practical steps they need to take to get there. Participants are invited to face their current challenges in a safe and supportive environment, find the courage to dream up their next exciting opportunity and gain some tools to make it happen.

Practically we will look at:

• How to find a new opportunity in line with what you want to be doing

• How to identify and mine your network

• How to stand out from the crowd when you apply for a job

Investment for this one-off opportunity is R333 per person.
