Join us for a 2 day intensive hands on Sausage & Charcuterie making workshop with our lovely free range pork.
Mike Crewe Brown form Wicked Food Earth will introduce us to the wonderful and addictive world of charcuterie. We will learn the ancient art of preserving meat with salt & selected spices, starting off with breaking down a pig, whole muscle curing and sausage & salami making.
Lunch and coffee breaks included.
