This Women's Day, PopUpGym will be Feeding The Woman's Mind, Body & Soul with a special breakfast event at the exquisite Sun International Maslow Hotel in Sandton. 

The line up includes the following:

  • Catching up with Letshego Zulu post her Kilimanjaro Journey
  • Kick boxing (Learn to Defend Yourself)
  • Healthy eating tips by Miss SA 2nd Princess (Boipelo Mabe)

  • Comprehensive Healthy breakfast
