HerPink Picnic is more than just an event—it's a celebration of womanhood, empowerment, and sisterhood. With a vibrant pink aesthetic, beautiful music, and positive energy, the experience is curated to uplift women, giving them a space to connect, unwind, and simply be.

We believe that music, community, and shared joy are powerful tools for unity. HerPink Picnic brings together women from different walks of life to celebrate their strength, individuality, and collective power through good vibes and great music.

Important Info for All Guests

To ensure a safe, fun, and smooth experience for all our ladies, please take note of the following:

What to Bring:

1. Your ticket (digital or printed)
2. Your camp chair or picnic blanket – create your perfect comfy spot!
3. Snacks are welcome
4. Plastic cups only, NO breakable drinking glasses allowed
5. Sunscreen, shades, and a hat for daytime comfort
6. Shades of Pink vibes only – it's a celebration of sisterhood!

Not Allowed:

1. Weapons or dangerous objects
2. Glass bottles or drinking glasses – strictly cans and plastic cups only
3. No Illegal substances
4. No Under 21s – this is a grown-women-only experience

Cooler Box Policy:

1. Cooler boxes are allowed at R150 each - fill it up with all your favourite drinks - Cans Only
2. Payable online or at the gate only
3. No cooler boxes after 15h00.

Food & Drinks:

1. Food stalls will be available with a variety of delicious eats for purchase
2. You're welcome to bring your own snacks - cheese boards, all things girly
3. Alcohol and other refreshments will be sold at the venue for your convenience – soft drinks, ciders, beers, spirits etc.
4. Please drink responsibly – we’re all about good energy!

Other Notes:

1. No seating is provided – bring your own camp chair or picnic mat
2. This is an outdoor event, so dress for the weather and wear comfy shoes
3. Please keep the area clean – bins will be provided
4. Security and medics will be on site for your safety
5. No refunds on ticket sales unless the event is cancelled
6. MAKE SURE YOU CARD IS LOADED WITH CASH SO YOU CAN ENJOY UNLIMITEDLY :)
