For both runners and non runners alike join us for a Pilates stretch and pre run warm up class to loosen and nimble up. This class will get you feeling as ready as you can for the run or for cheering your heart out from the sidelines.
Led by a supportive instructor, this class offers plenty of options to modify or level up, so you can make it your own every step of the way.
After the class stick around for a bite to eat and a snack at the Loerie Park night market.
What to Expect:
• A full-body stretch, lengthen mobility, and feel-good movement class
• All fitness levels welcome - no experience needed, you do what you can do
