This gentle, guided writing workshop invites you to explore the broader landscape of pleasure - not as something solely sexual, but as a gateway to joy, aliveness, curiosity, and creative expression.

Through sensory prompts, reflective writing, and soft moments of sharing, we’ll begin to unearth and perhaps re-story the beliefs that shape how we experience pleasure in our everyday lives.

Absolutely no writing experience is needed - just a willingness to be present with your own unfolding.
