Embrace the magic of midwinter in the heart of the Midlands with an unforgettable Xmas in July celebration at Brahman Hills – where crackling fires, fine wines, and festive cheer set the scene for a truly special day.

Your encounter begins at 12h00 at B Kraal, where you are welcomed with a chilled glass of L’Ormarins Private Cuvée to toast the start of a magical winter’s afternoon.

At 12:30 we move to the beautiful Skyfall Restaurant, where Executive Chef Janae Reddy presents a sumptuous three-course festive feast, perfectly paired with a curated selection of Anthonij Rupert wines, none other than Cape of Good Hope Riebeeksrivier Caroline , Anthonij Rupert Syrah ,L’Ormarins Cape Vintage Reserve

Enjoy captivating insights and wine stories shared by winemaker Christopher Dryer, adding a personal and enriching touch to the day.

The theme is Winter Wonderland, brought to life through elegant décor, bespoke Christmas novelties, and the warmth of festive spirit. Each guest will also receive a beautifully curated gift to take home.

Seating: Tables of 4 and 6 available. Smaller bookings will be thoughtfully combined to encourage new friendships and lively conversation.

1st course

Wild mushroom ravioli

Parmesan tuile, mushroom puree’, dehydrated mushroom broth and sautéed leeks.

Palate cleanser

Eggnog and lime gelato.

2nd course

Wood charred Lamb Rump

Romesco, roasted cauliflower, confit tomato, lime crema, finished with a spiced bernaise

Wood fire roasted Cauliflower Steak.

2-hour sous-vide and Apple wood grilled Cauliflower, romesco, garden pea puree’, roasted sweet red pepper, Oraganum smashed baby potato topped with a coriander and garlic confit chimichuri.

3rd course

Senses of chocolate

Swiss chocolate truffles, home-made date pudding , chocolate tuille, hazelnut dust, ginger crumbs, warm port syrup
