Warming Winter Wellness Day
Sat Jun 21, 08:00 - Sat Jun 21, 13:00
Pecanberry Farm
ABOUT
Winter has settled in, chilly mornings greet us, and cold nights soothe us to sleep.
To celebrate the shortest day of the year in the Southern Hemisphere, we’ll take some time to slow our pace, turn inward and observe the changes this season offers in ourselves and our landscape.
Our day starts off nice and slow with warm drinks and a leisurely walk in winter’s sunshine, gently warming our bodies. After, we’ll enjoy a gentle yoga and meditation session focused on turning inward just like Mother Earth does for the winter, facilitated by Muhammad Dawood. Our day will close of with a nourishing plant-based meal using fresh ingredients from our garden.
Let’s come together on this winter solstice and embrace the season that offers us a time to slow down, reflect and regenerate.
Tickets are R900pp and include access to the day, botanical teas and harvest lunch as well as a handmade thank you gift to take home. All of the activities are suitable for any level of experience.
Please bring your own yoga mat. We have a limited number those who may need them.
Limited accommodation is available at the venue and can be booked here or directly on +1646 799 8718 or via email [email protected].
All participants will receive a 15% discount on their stay.
