ABOUT

You are invited to an evening of discovering forgotten ingredients that are indigenous to the Western Cape. You will be guided through a unique culinary experience by renowned local wild foods expert and author Loubie Rusch who has devised a menu that weaves new flavours and aromas through some of our traditional Cape dishes. The meal brings truly local African ingredients that have been ignored for several centuries into the limelight.
