KAYA Comedy Café is a weekly premium stand-up comedy show held every Thursday (except the first Thursday of the month) at KAYA Café!

Each week, we showcase the best comedians from Cape Town's thriving comedy scene!

Keenan, this edition's host, is a quirky comedian and is straight out of Lavender Hill in Cape Town. He has been around comedy since 2014 performing all across the country. Keenan has opened for a host of SA's best comedians including Marc Lottering, Riaad Moosa, Dillan Oliphant and Joey Rasdien to name a few.

One of the biggest highlights of this rising stars career is when he was chosen to perform at the Trevor Noah presents Nationwild Show, by Trevor Noah himself, which streamed on Showmax.

He also performed at the very popular, Blacks Only Comedy Show hosted by David Kau.

He has been a writer for the Comedy Central Roast of AKA and performed his solo show, “I joked my way out” to sold out audiences in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Sedgfield so far.

Not forgetting his amazing crowd working skills, any audience witnessing his comedy skills will definitely be in for a treat.
