This Oyster Festival, Fire up your US 4th of July Weekend with a sizzling celebration at our Famous Build your Burger and Craft Beer Festival on 5 July 2025! Join us at 34 Waenhout - LIVE VENUE, Knysna Industria from 11:00 to 18:00.

Access Only Tickets starting at R75+Q Fee per person online. Build your dream burger, devour fire-braaied pizzas, and sip premier craft beers from top regional and beyond breweries - Full Bar available.

With many tented areas, stages, lush gardens, playground and jumping castles for kids, plus live busker vibes and lots of comfy seating, it’s a feast for all.

Compete in the Famous Build your Burger Competition, judged on design and taste, or conquer the BIG Burger Eating Challenge—a 1.2kg burger feast with a litre of beer or cooldrink. Make this holiday weekend legendary!
