As the first whispers of winter roll into the Cape Winelands, Mr Braai Guy, in collaboration with Chef Kirsty, Executive Chef at Louisvale Wine Estate, is bringing the flames to Stellenbosch for a back-to-back open-fire experience that’s all about bold flavours, fine wine, and that unmistakable fireside vibe.
Set against the backdrop of Louisvale’s elegant vineyards, this immersive food and wine journey is designed to warm the soul — a celebration of slow cooking, rich smoke, and layered flavour. Each dish on the menu is inspired by global techniques but grounded in fire — from tender duck with Thai-inspired glass noodles to aged beef rib infused with umami-packed Asian flavours. Every course is thoughtfully paired with Louisvale’s exceptional wines, elevating the experience from plate to glass.
