Starters
- Mushroom Arancini (V)
- Panko crumbed mushroom risotto stuffed with mozzarella cheese, served on a spiced tomato puree with smoked onion aioli, crispy shallots, and parmesan cheese.
- Calamari Tentacles.
- Crispy Patagonian calamari tentacles, served on a charred sweetcorn and pineapple salsa with avo puree, aioli, lemon gel, and a hint of chilli.
Mains
- 250g Chalmer Beef Sirloin
- Roasted marrow bone, Café de Paris butter, charred sweetcorn wedges, smoked onion aioli, and crispy pearl onions.
- Chicken Roulade
- Butter roasted chicken roulade stuffed with mushrooms, pomme dauphinois, mushroom cream, tender stem broccoli, broccoli puree, chicken skin crisp, creamy chicken jus.
- Aubergine Schnitzel (V)
- Panko crumbed aubergine, lemon butter bean mash, honey mustard dressing, and gremolata.
