Women’s Health’s epic Workout Party is returning to Joburg for a winter warmer sweat session!Expect the hottest fitness trends packed into a late afternoon of fun and fitness, led by yogis, trainers, dance instructors and the Women’s Health team. Expect five super-cool workouts pitched at all levels of fitness. Be the first to train with the winner of this year’s Next Fitness Star winner, Inge Viljoen in an 80s throwback aerobics class. She will be sharing the spotlight with last year’s winner, the Queen of Fitspo Mapule Ndhlovu. Also on the bill will be a high-intensity warm-up, yoga, dance fitness and – due to popular demand (yes, Jozi girls, we listened!) – the LA-based team from POUND® (exclusive to Virgin Active) will be jetting back to SA to lead a rocking close to the night with their insane drumming workout!
