Join us for an immersive, half-day healing workshop at Letsatsi Healing Space, guided by certified and registered counsellor, life coach, breathwork and reflective practice facilitator, and healer Rosie Motene.

Through a powerful blend of breathwork, reflective writing, and grounding in nature, this workshop is designed to help you gently release trauma, reconnect with your inner self, and restore your energy.


Theme: Letting Go

We will journey through practices focused on releasing trauma, stress, and internalized oppression. By engaging the breath, body, and voice, we open space for personal liberation and a deep emotional reset.


What to Expect

  • Breathwork for Deep Release
  • Conscious breathing to regulate the nervous system, release stuck emotions, and return to the body.
  • Reflective Practice & Writing for Transformation
  • Guided journaling and inquiry to process emotions, stories, and reclaim your voice.
  • Grounding & Sun Therapy
  • Nature-based grounding practices to reconnect with the earth and yourself (weather permitting).
  • 100% pure fruit and vegetable juice and water will be proved as well as a light snack.
