The winner will be drawn on Comrades Marathon Race Day; and announced by the appointed broadcaster at 16:45. The draw will be overseen by CMA contracted auditors. No employees or the direct family of the Comrades Marathon organizers will be eligible for the prize. Entries received after the closing time at 14h00 on 08 June 2025 will automatically be disqualified. No refunds will be considered.

The winner will receive a Toyota Corolla Cross. The winner will be contacted after the event to make arrangement for the transfer of vehicle ownership and collection. The winner will need to meet Toyota Motors South Africa vehicle ownership transfer criterion. No international entries will be accepted. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence or arbitration will be entertained.
