Contemplative Gathering

There’s a growing rediscovery of Christian contemplative spirituality—a way to engage mindfully with modern life. Yet many feel isolated and without community. This gathering, themed “Belonging”, offers companionship, quiet reflection, and shared practices in Wakkerstroom over the weekend of 8 – 10 August 2025.  

Highlights:

·      A weekend of taking stock of the South African contemplative landscape, contemplative practices, sharing,

and connection.  

·      A chance to slow down, experience peace, and deepen your journey.

The cost of R600 includes all sessions and a communal meal. It does not include accommodation.

Your registration holds space for you and others and is crucial in our planning. In light of that we apply the following Refund Tiers: 

 - Full refund:       Cancel more than 14 days prior. 

 - 50% refund:      Cancel between 7–13 days prior. 

 - No refund:         Cancel less than 7 days prior
