Hoërskool Hans Moore is proud to host a vibrant Food and Wine Festival in celebration of Afrikaans turning 100 years old. This special event will honour the rich cultural heritage and legacy of the Afrikaans language with a day filled with flavour, fun, and festivity. Guests can look forward to an array of gourmet food stalls, wine and food tastings, as well as craft beer and gin stalls offering unique local flavours. A highlight of the day will be an exclusive wine masterclass presented by Rikus Neethling, owner of Bizoe Wines and a proud old Hansie. To add to the festive atmosphere, popular artist Corrazerwas will be performing live, bringing energy and entertainment to this memorable celebration. This is a day not to be missed — a perfect opportunity to gather as a community, toast to our shared heritage, and experience the vibrant spirit of Afrikaans through food, drink, music, and connection.
