Hosted by Lehlogonolo Monini in partnership with Just Friends – the social app connecting you to new people and exciting events near you.

We know summer bodies are made in winter so come break a sweat with a fun, feel-good session that blends cardio, strength training, and HIIT. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, this workout is designed to challenge and uplift you. Along the way, we’ll chat about what muscles you're activating and understand how each move brings you closer to your fitness goals.

After we work up a sweat, we'll wind down with a hearty, delicious breakfast and get a chance to mingle and connect with like-minded individuals who are on the journey to a healthier, happier life.
