ABOUT

Have you experienced the pain of narcissistic abuse and are seeking a safe, understanding community? Join our Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Circle (NARC), a gentle and supportive online space for survivors of narcissistic abuse—whether from a parent, partner, sibling, colleague, or other relationship—who want to feel supported, validated, and empowered on their healing journey.


This event is designed to help you connect with others who truly understand your journey. Whether you’re in the early stages of recovery or further along in your healing journey, you are welcome here. The session is facilitated by John Campbell, a Specialist Psychology Counsellor with expertise in narcissistic abuse therapy.


About John Campbell:


As a coach, mental health counsellor, and motivational speaker, John has been empowering individuals and organisations in their pursuit of emotional wellness and success since 2012. With a strong educational background, including a Higher Diploma in Secondary Education, a BA Degree in Psychology, and a BA Honours Degree in Counselling Psychology, he is confident in his understanding of human behaviour and development.


With extensive experience in marital and relationship development, narcissism and toxic traits, self-concept and recognition, communication, substance abuse, life and business coaching, and speaking, he has established himself as a trusted expert in these areas.


Over many years and numerous counselling and speaking engagements, John believes he has made a positive contribution and impacted many lives. He has played a key role in helping individuals and organisations to overcome challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential. With his unique combination of compassion, expertise, and inspiration, he strives to be a beacon of hope and transformation for those he feels privileged to serve.

Format:


  • Small group sessions to allow for deeper connection
  • Guided discussions facilitated by a Specialist Psychology Counsellor
  • Time for open sharing, reflection, and encouragement

Join from your device – Find a quiet, comfortable space to attend from. You can have your camera on or off—it’s up to you!
