A career interest exploration & planning workshop series helping young people discover their path & build a future with confidence.

For young people aged 14 to 26

 

Navigating career choices at any time can feel overwhelming, perhaps even more so when you are embarking on this journey for the first time. This workshop series is designed to help young people uncover their passions, identify their strengths, and develop a roadmap for their future—whether they’re considering college, vocational training, entrepreneurship, or the workforce.

 

This interactive coaching series combines self-reflection, skill-building, and real-world applications to empower young people with the tools they need to make informed career decisions, and take steady steps forward. Through a mix of peer discussions, engaging activities, and 1:1 personalized coaching, participants will gain clarity on their interests, explore career opportunities, and develop essential skills like networking, resilience, and strategic planning.

 

What’s Included?


  •  4 Group Coaching Sessions (75 minutes each) covering:

>> Exploring career options & job descriptions – What’s out there and how do you align with it?

>> Developing skills for career growth – What skills do you already have, and what do you need?

>> Networking & handling rejection – How to build relationships and overcome challenges.

>> The Role of AI in Careers – How AI is shaping job markets and career planning.

>> Self-discovery & strengths assessment – What do you enjoy? What are you good at?


  • 1:1 Skills Alignment Session (30-45 min per participant) | Personalized career coaching to match strengths & interests with real-world opportunities.


Dates:

Group Sessions: Wednesdays 18:30-19:45 SAST Online | 7 May, 14 May, 21 May & 28 May

1:1 session will be scheduled individually at a mutually convenient time with each participant.
