Are you ready to take on Leg 2 of Durban’s Big 5 Hiking Challenge?

This time we’re heading coast to coast – a one-way 20km adventure from uShaka Beach to Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve!

What’s in store:

• Long stretches of sandy beach
• The iconic Durban & Umhlanga promenades
• Fresh sea air, epic photo ops & urban coastal vibes
• A proper leg workout along the shoreline

Start: uShaka Beach (Moyo’s Pier)

Finish: Forest Cafe, Umhlanga

Time: 6:30am start

Distance: ±20km (moderate fitness required)

Durban’s Big 5 Deal:

It’s not compulsory to do all 5 hikes – join as many as you like.

But if you complete all 5 challenges, you’ll earn R1500 in vouchers – basically doing them all for free!
