ABOUT
Yin & Vino: A Sunset Yoga & Wine Tasting Evening at Highgate Estate.
Enchant your senses among the vines, as we soak up the last of the summer warmth.
A sensory exploration of touch, taste, sight, sound and scent, we’ll start with a relaxing yin session and sound bath to unwind as the sun sets, then move on to taste a curated selection of house wines.
All bodies and abilities welcome, no prior yoga experience needed. Please note, you must be 18 and over to participate in this event.
