Learn about therapeutic essential oils, mixing massage, bath or face oils and some massage techniques.

This event is part of a series aimed at raising funds for NPO, Link2Grow's mentorship programme where we match high school girls with professional women to guide them through subject choice, career options, psychometric assessment, life skills workshops, tertiary application and funding.

Facilitator:

Our Link2Grow member, Suzanne Leighton, has been working with the healing arts for the last 35 years in Hong Kong, London and Cape Town. She is registered as an therapeutic aromatherapist, reflexologist, yoga instructor and reiki master.

She believes that learning some basic rules and techniques overcomes the fear of making mistakes and enables a lay person to bring healing practices into their home.
