ABOUT
PopUpGym is finally coming to Durban, Suncoast Casino Sundeck to be exact, to share their #TrainAnywhere #TrainAnytime #NoExcuses motto!!They are bringing both PopUpGym4Adults and PopUpGym4Kidz.
This movement which is officially powered by the global fitness brand adidas, aims to show people that exercise truly can be fun and be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
Adults can be sure to enjoy a fusion of aerobics, dance routines, yoga and boxing, all sound tracked to unique ‘silent disco’ wireless headphones during the workout session. This will be coupled with healthy eating advice because healthy eating and regular exercise go hand in hand. Free optional body assessments will also be on offer, for those wanting to know what their body weight, fat percentage & muscle mass are.
PopUpGym4Kidz, targeted at school going kids aged 7 to 12 years, will run concurrently. The kids programme will include height/weight measurements, hygiene education, dance & fitness games, healthy bites, plyometrics and yoga.
Registration will be from 08h00 – 09h00 for both adults and kids and the official program kicks off at 09:00.
