EARLIEST BIRD EVER: R750 (valid for April and May of 2025)

EARLY BIRD TICKET: R1250 per person

LATE BIRD PRICE: R1500 per person

AGES: High school students

Each year we receive many donations towards helping young people pay for camp or donations towards paying for camp. This helps us make our camp experience the most fun space for young people. If you have it on your heart to sponsor or donate towards camp, please email [email protected]

WHO’S CAMP FOR?

Summer Camp is for High school students only, whether you're in our youth ministry or not. If you are Homeschooled or go to a public or private school. If you’re Catholic, Methodist or Non-Denominational. THIS IS FOR YOU.

WHAT DOES THE COST INCLUDE

The full price per student will be R1500.

*Note, Summer Camp always sells out two months before, so please register ASAP.

-Transportation to and from camp. (Buses supplied by SHAKA TOURS AND SAFARIS who are highly recommended by Ashton International College.)

- All meals (7 meals per person)

- Dorm room accommodation (Boys and Girls dorms separated)

- All activities including all tribal wars, river activities, hikes, bon-fire sessions, obstacle course and so much more.

- Summer Camp Booklet for note taking and devotional material.

WHERE IS CAMP LOCATED?

Camp will be held at El-Olam (Eston) run by Gothe and Rae Hayes, two incredibly passionate people who love hosting large groups. The camp venue has had many great additions and upgrades in the recent years.

WAYS YOU CAN REGISTER

You can register at Youth on Fridays (6-9pm), at Church on Sundays at the Welcome Lounge or here online via the Quicket website. Please note, we will not be accepting CASH payments. Card or direct bank transfer will do.

WHAT TO PACK

- Sleeping bag & pillow

- Swimming costume & towel (x2 towels is always a great idea)

- Toiletries

- Comfortable walking shoes (there will be hiking)

- Notebook, bible & pen

- Sunblock (it gets hot)

- Water bottle

- Wear your Tribe Colours (BLACK RAIDERS | WHITE SAINTS | BLUE COWBOYS)

- Black, white or Blue Face paint

- Any kind of water inflatable (optional)

PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIMES:

-Pick up and drop off times will be updated the closer we get to camp. This will be for both Salt Rock and Hilton campuses
