Workshop Overview:

This immersive workshop, Journey and Journal, invites you to slow down, connect, and create. Discover the versatility of watercolour as a medium to tell your unique stories—from tranquil morning rituals to awe-inspiring landscapes. Guided by my personal approach to art as meditation, this session offers a calming space to reflect, explore, and express yourself creatively.

Through hands-on demonstrations and thoughtful guidance, you’ll learn techniques that celebrate the essence of observation and connection while honoring the simplicity of the moment.

Disclaimer: This workshop is rooted in my personal practice of using art as a meditative outlet. While I am not a meditation coach, I hope to share how intentional creativity can offer moments of stillness and reflection.

What to Bring:

• Bring along a 300gsm cold-pressed watercolour journal if you have one (paper will also be available).
• All other materials will be provided, including watercolour paints, brushes, palettes, and optional tools like masking fluid and watercolour pencils.

Workshop Goals:

• Intentional Creativity: Immerse yourself in a reflective and supportive environment to explore your artistic voice.
• Slow Art Making: Learn techniques to observe and capture life’s quiet moments with purpose and care.

To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of my workshops, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 14 days' notice: Your booking can be transferred to a future workshop free of charge.
• Between 7 to 14 days' notice: I will attempt to resell your ticket. If successful, you will receive a Workshop Voucher for future use.
• Less than 7 days' notice: Unfortunately, I cannot resell your ticket. Consider gifting your spot to someone else.
• Illness or COVID-19: Please notify me promptly. I will attempt to resell your ticket. If successful, you will receive a Workshop Voucher for future use.
• No-shows: "No call, no shows" will not be refunded or eligible for rescheduling.
