Come along and join us in celebrating the beauty of the changes of a season with a theme sure to keep you warm: FIRE. Autumn has begun with the freshness and chilliness within the air. Come and get your body moving and shaking while sharing in this dance of receiving warmth as we warm our bodies on a crisp autumn morning. The gorgeous colours and fiery shades of the leaves are falling like embers as we dance on the lovely St. James Beach.
We are looking forward to another epic and powerful dance connecting with oneself and others around us!
