Designing Careers for High School learners is the Premier Design Education and Career showcase. The programme includes:
1. Top Tertiary Design Schools will present different study options and career opportunities for each
2. One Stop Design Shop: Top Tertiary Design School Expo - showcasing a variety of study options and student work from
    different design disciplines.
3. Tailored Talks by iconic SA Designers: inspire and ignite aspirational thinking to pursue further studies and career that can add value
4. Movie Hour: a collection of inspiring videos from around the world to ignite aspiration, mindful thinking and attitude to succeed in   
    and add value to society and the economy.
5. Food Quarter

The confirmed line-up of Iconic SA Designers include:

  • Internationally acclaimed SA architect Luyanda Mpahlwa (Design Space Africa responsible for the design of the famous 10×10 Housing project)
  • Internationally acclaimed SA furniture and interior designer Haldane Martin who designed the Zulu Mama chair, the Songololo couch and the interior of Truth Coffee to mention a few
  • More speakers will be confirmed soon
