After a busy first term, the St David's PTA brings you an evening of laughter and good company for the grown-ups - with a line-up of some of South Africa's top comedians:

St Davids PTA Comedy Night March 2025 Terms and Conditions

1.     This ticket entitles you to entry and attendance of the PTA Comedy Night (the “Event”) hosted by St Davids Marist Inanda.  

2.     You consent to being filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded at the Event, and for such film, photograph or recording to be broadcasted, displayed or distributed without any compensation being paid to you.

3.     We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event at any time, or to alter or vary the programme of events, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.   Refunds shall be at the discretion of St Davids Marist Inanda.

4.     The following items are not permitted to be brought to the Event:

a.     Alcohol and alcoholic beverages;

b.     Heavy, sharp and/or dangerous objects;

c.     Any illegal drugs;

d.     Knives, firearms, weapons of any nature, or fireworks;

e.     Animals apart from authorised guide/assistance dogs;

f.      Food and refreshments.

5.     We reserve the right in our reasonable discretion to search any person or property to ensure that these prohibitions are adhered to, and we shall be entitled to confiscate any such items brought to the Event/onto the St David’s Marist Inanda premises.  St Davids Marist Inanda and its owners, management, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of or in connection with such confiscation howsoever arising.

6.     Appropriate standards of behaviour are expected of all persons attending the Event and persons deemed to be behaving in a manner that is dangerous or unacceptable in the opinion of St Davids Marist Inanda or its staff, agents or contractors may be refused admission and/or removed from the Event.

7.     You agree to follow and obey all rules, instructions, directions and protocols put in place by St Davids Marist Inanda at the Event.

8.     In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from St Davids Marist Inanda officials or staff.

9.     No alcohol is permitted to be sold to under 18’s. When purchasing alcohol at the Event, if you appear to be under the age of 18 you may be asked for proof of age.

10.  You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, whether occurring before, during or after the Event.   

11.  You agree on your own behalf (and on behalf of your dependents, heirs and executors) and any minor accompanying you or for whom you purchased a ticket to indemnify St Davids Marist Inanda and its owners, management, employees, agents and contractors from and against all claims for damage and/or loss which you may suffer or sustain as a result of or in connection with the Event howsoever arising.

12.  St Davids Marist Inanda and its owners, management, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (whether direct, indirect or consequential) howsoever arising from or in connection with the Event.  

13.  You waive any and all claims for death, disability, personal injury, illness, delays, loss of property, damage or any other loss, harm, cost or expense arising out of, resulting from, relating to or in connection with the Event against St Davids Marist Inanda and its owners, management, employees, agents, contractors, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees, on your own behalf (and on behalf of your dependents, heirs and executors) and any minor accompanying you or for whom you purchased a ticket.
