An act of worship, in which the parents invite the congregation, family and friends to share with them in a public response to God for His wonderful gift of a child - to praise God for... to promise God to... to pray God's blessings.
Once this form has been submitted, parents will be required to attend a Child Dedication teaching class with our Pastoral Leaders.
