Why These Frameworks?
The Erotic Blueprints™
Created by sex and relationship coach Jaiya, the Erotic Blueprints™ provide a language for understanding your personal erotic expression. Just as people have different love languages, we all have unique ways of experiencing and expressing desire. The five Erotic Blueprints™—Energetic, Sensual, Sexual, Kinky, and Shapeshifter—help you:
- Discover your primary erotic language and what turns you on.
- Learn how to communicate your needs in a way that others can understand.
- Engage constructively with partners whose blueprints may be different from yours.
- Break free from habitual patterns and open up new ways of experiencing pleasure.
This workshop offers a playful and embodied exploration of your Erotic Blueprint™, using movement and dance as a way to express and integrate your discoveries.
BlissDance: A Journey of Movement and Connection
BlissDance is a conscious dance practice that allows you to explore movement, emotion, and intimacy in a deeply embodied way. Using breath, sound, and intuitive movement, you are guided into a sensory-rich experience of connection—both with yourself and with others.
BlissDance is not about performance or perfection—it is an invitation to drop into your body, let go of inhibitions, and allow yourself to move from an authentic place. Through this practice, you:
- Play with movement as a form of communication.
- Explore connection and vulnerability in a safe, held space.
- Engage in guided exercises that encourage authentic expression.
- Develop greater trust in yourself and your desires.
BlissDance serves as our primary medium of exploration, offering a somatic, embodied experience of the Wheel of Consent and the Erotic Blueprints™ in action.
