Creation Through Heart Knowledge

This immersive workshop explores how flow state and sensory engagement can unlock intuitive knowledge (heart knowledge) for deeper creative inspiration. Drawing from transcendental sublime experiences in nature, participants will engage in rhythmic movement, breathwork, sound exploration, and sensory perception exercises to access a heightened state of creative awareness.

Through guided activities such as Breathwork, Nia-inspired dance, blindfolded nature immersion, and spontaneous artistic expression, participants will experience firsthand how flow states activate alpha brainwave patterns, quiet the analytical mind, and open a direct channel to their authentic creative voice.

During this workshop participants will be guided to:

This workshop is designed for artists, creatives, and seekers looking to move beyond conventional creative methods and tap into a deeper, more organic intuitive process. No prior artistic or movement experience is required, only an open mind and a willingness to explore.
