Saint David's Day 2025 with the Cape Welsh Choir (Cape Town)

Please join us to commemorate Saint David, the Patron Saint of Wales, for a wonderful afternoon with the Cape Welsh Choir followed by a sing song.  "Friends of Wales" are invited to spread the word and join us for a mini-concert with the Cape Welsh Choir followed with what the Welsh do best - a lively sing song in the bar thereafter. We look forward to welcoming you all to what promises to be a memorable afternoon filled with laughter, fun and friends.

Please note: The venue is at 6 Thicket Street, Newlands under the Campground Road Bridge (Opposite Newlands Peak apartment block accessed from Newlands Brewery side of the railway line). 

Directions

From Main Road, Newlands, turn into Claremont Boulevard (Letterstedt Road (between Newlands Sun and SAB.

Turn immediately right into Hemlock Street which leads into Thicket Street. Continue straight into the parking area 1 Thicket Street> Venue is opposite Newlands Peak Aparthotel under the bridge.

Please allow plenty of time to find the venue as maps may not recognise both street levels!!
