Georgetown ft. Neil Sandilands at Daisy Jones

Georgetown, the multi-instrumental folk band from Pretoria, has been captivating audiences since 2014 with their rich storytelling and signature blend of contemporary and original folk music. Featuring Michael de Villiers, Renaldo van Dyk, Rynier Prins, and Tiaan Erasmus, their dynamic performances showcase a variety of instruments, including acoustic guitar, accordion, piano, upright bass, mandolin, harmonica, and a vintage suitcase kick-drum. With a South African Music Award (SAMA) nomination for Best Contemporary Album and over 700 performances locally and internationally, Georgetown continues to enchant listeners with their heartfelt and high-energy performances.

For this special show at Daisy Jones Bar in Stellenbosch, Georgetown will be joined by acclaimed South African actor, musician, and storyteller Neil Sandilands as a guest artist for a few select songs. Internationally recognized for his Emmy-nominated role as General Abbot in Sweet Tooth and performances in The Flash and The 100, Sandilands is a compelling artist whose talents extend into music, with two critically acclaimed, SAMA-nominated albums.
