ABOUT Miha Pogacnik Naval and Stellenbosch Waldorf School

Miha Pogacnik Naval, a world-acclaimed violinist and Ambassador of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia, will be visiting South Africa in early March. He will partner with Stellenbosch Waldorf School for a special fundraising event on 6 March 2025 at 18:00, to be held at The Sustainability Institute, Lynedoch Road, Lynedoch, Stellenbosch.

Miha’s mastery of the violin and his deep understanding of music’s power have revealed to him its profound effect on the inner life of people. Art, he believes, is not merely a visual or auditory experience, but a medium through which our inner selves can connect with Truth, Beauty, and Goodness, allowing us to transform and orient ourselves to the world in new ways.
