Owing to our hectic schedules, a lot of us go through the day feeling exhausted and
overburdened. Knowing the many forms of rest can change the way we think about
wellbeing and renewal. Your general health and well-being may be significantly
impacted by each type. You can work toward living a more balanced, active, and
satisfying life by figuring out how to incorporate different types of rest into your
schedule.
The 7 types of rest that will be covered are “creative, emotional, mental, physical,
sensory, social, spiritual. The aim is to capacitate all that are in attendance by
creating awareness as well as providing strategies.
