BBG Winter Warm Up is here to help you shake off those winter blues!
We're excited to announce our new partnership with Choose Your Bruise, a NGO that works to raise awareness and funds for women and children who suffer abuse. See below for some more information on our partnership and changes to meetups.
Our next meet up will be 10 June at a NEW VENUE - Fives Futbol at Grand Central in town
Remember to bring R150 cash to get your very own BBG Cape Town shirt!
Details:
R30 CASH at door. (R10 goes to Choose Your Bruise)
The R20 which BBG Cape Town receives goes toward expenses such as venue fees. The meetups are completely not-for-profit, so any additional money made will go into covering expenses and making the events better for you.

Who: Ladies Only. All fitness levels welcome!
What: Warm-up * Workout * Cool Down * Photos & Chat
Where: Fives Futbol @ Grand Central (TOWN)
When: Saturday, 10 June 2017 at 9h15 for 9h30
What to Bring: yoga mat * water * sweat towel
Where to Park: There is a parking strucure under the venue. Fives is on the roof.
Our meetups support the good work being done by Choose Your Bruise in a few different ways -
1. We've added R10 to our ticket price (now R30) which will go to Choose Your Bruise
2. We're asking for any donations you can bring to the meetup for a safehouse they support
3. You can donate to Choose Your Bruise if you so choose, at the meetup or before trough SnapScan
