Noir & Geber Swiss night

Simon Gerber, a Swiss singer and musician with a rich musical background including collaborations with Sophie Hunger and Stephan Eicher, returns to his roots in Francophone music, soul, and blues. Alongside his longtime musical partner, gospel singer Sophie Noir, they form a unique trio completed by drummer Luigi Galati, following a residency at the Cully Jazz Festival in 2017. Their duo of voices intertwines in melodies that blend seamlessly, showcasing over 25 years of onstage and project collaboration. Their music ranges from minimalistic to poignant, intense, gentle, or electric, drawing from Simon Gerber's original French-language song repertoire. They are set to release a new album in spring 2025, promising an intriguing musical journey.
