More About Angelique, the Facilitator
I believe that everyone deserves the freedom to live life at their highest potential. As an occupational therapist, I am committed to walking alongside my clients on their journey to well-being. To do this, I continuously develop myself—both personally and professionally—through education, self-reflection, and growth.
Since completing my occupational therapy degree in 2019, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and diagnoses, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. My own mental health journey has given me a deep understanding of the challenges many face, and I am passionate about creating a supportive and empowering space for healing. With a compassionate approach and strong skills in group intervention, I strive to make a meaningful impact in every session I facilitate.
